Thank you!!! I’ve only completed the first page; I’m working on setting a schedule for myself so that I have time to actual journal and do some self-care. But I’m excited to journal in the Dear Me section and Deeper Reflection. I feel like the Dear Me section would help me say things to the growing version of myself and help me to really think about my day, what happen and how I really feel vs.just journaling.
